Our core beliefs

Our Core Leadership Values and honour code include -

RESPONSIBILITY. Leading somewhere requires the commitment to make ethical decisions

Wisdom. good decisions require mature personal development

system. leadership is not an individual trait, but a systemic capacity

virtues. leading is acting with courage and care

transcendence. a belief in a deeper spirit of humanity that guides us

Global caring: Justice, humanity, compassion and eco-sustainability
Solidarity: mutual support to develop ourselves and others
Responsibility: intrinsically driven actions toward the greater good
Leadership: humble, selfless commitment to serve a greater cause
Moral Courage: virtuous change through day-to-day action

a good society

We can only become a sustainable “good society” in the 21st century if individuals and organisations - especially businesses - acknowledge collective responsibility and operate based on ethical and humanistic principles

enlightened leadership

Change towards that vision must start with conscious and “enlightened” leadership, at all levels of society, and include changes in organizational structures and power distribution

development as freedom

Leadership development must nurture a humanistic and eco-centric consciousness, and support “vertical development” of self-awareness, compassion, global caring, wisdom and purpose

movement of movements

In order to attain momentum at scale, we must nurture a strong community of selfless leaders who commit to take action to serve humanity and facilitate systemic change through individual and mutual development

key activities

  • Identifying change agents and co-developing a safe and thriving community space to connect, co-create and co-elevate
  • Co-creating a shared vision for society and leadership and a collective “brand”
  • Co-developing relevant learning and development services to make transformational leaders more successful “on the ground”
  • Leveraging a partnership model to enable scale across similar communities (network of networks) and organisations to support resource sharing and collective action
  • Enabling an open system for qualified service providers to engage with change leaders

We are both passionate about developing organisations that are good for the people inside them, as well as good for the wider ecosystem. In our respective professional life we have tried to make a positive difference for several decades, and we feel it is time to bring together lessons learned - across academia and business, and across disciplines like philosophy, psychology, management science, sociology, anthropology, neuroscience. Our aim is to enable a global dialogue about how to craft good organisations and create a movement for positive change, to build back better.
